tr777's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for direct damages arising from the platform — in any one claim or series of related claims — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit tr777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from tr777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
tr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where tr777 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other Members. In such cases, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraudulent conduct is established, may be forfeited.
Members may request permanent closure of their tr777 account at any time by contacting tr777 customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any uncleared bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
